Tuna Tapenade

A mayo-less tuna salad that is great to add protein to a salad or make a BD approved grain sandwich
Ingredients
2 - 5 ounce cans wild caught tuna packed in water
1 - 6 ounce can organic pitted olives
1/2 red onion
3 T capers and 3 T of water capers are packed in
juice of half a lemon
fresh ground pepper to taste
Directions
1. Drain water from tuna. Place in bowl and separate with fork.
2. Mince red onion, olives and add to tuna.
4. Add capers and caper water.
5. Squeeze lemon juice over mixture.
6. Add pepper and mix well.
