Taco Soup

Great recipe for Fall or anytime you have a Mexican craving.. Healthy too.
Ingredients
1 lb. lean ground beef
2- 14 oz. cans tomato sauce
1- 14 oz. can diced tomatoes w/green chilies
1 Bag Frozen Corn
1 can kidney beans OR dried
1 pkg. taco seasoning
2 cans diced tomatoes
2 cans black beans
Directions
Brown ground beef over medium heat then drain grease. While cooking beef, simmer the following items on low heat in a large pot: tomato sauce, diced tomatos, green chilies, corn, kidney beans, Black beans and taco seasoning. Add cooked beef. Bring to boil, and then simmer for 15 more minutes.
Serve and enjoy. Garnish with frito chips, cheese, and/or sour cream!
Can leave out the meat for vegetarian dish too!
