Sweet Summer Dressing

This is a great zesty, but sweet dressing to use for the summer. Keep in airtight container/pourer in fridge to last longer. I tend to use about 1 Tbs for my side salad

Ingredients

1/2 Cup of Walnut Oil (unrefined)
1/4 Cup od Raw Apple Cider Vinegar
2 Tbs Minced Shallots
2 Tbs Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice (about 1/2 lemon)
1 Tbs Raw Maple Syrup/ Honey
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

Mix all ingredients together and keep in airtight container or salad pourer.

You can halve all ingredients if you wish. ;-)

Shake before you pour and enjoy!
