Ok, the name may sound unappealing, but I assure you this is one of the healthiest breakfast drinks you can have. This has been my breakfast for most mornings.
Ingredients
1/2 oz. Almonds
1/4 cup Organic unsweetened Coconut Milk
1 1/2 cups of filtered water
1/2 cup strawberries
1/2 cup of mango (or blueberries)
1/2 cup Spinach
1/2 cup of Kale
2 servings of Pro/Grade Protein Powder or other BD approved PP
1 tbsp of Raw organic apple cider (with mother)
1 tsp of Matcha green tea powder (optional)
1 tbsp of Organic coconut oil
handful of ice cubes
stevia to taste
Directions
Mix in a blender and enjoy! If it's too thick just add a little more filtered water! Just a note, the apple cider can come on strong and may not even be palatable for some, so adding the stevia will dull that strong taste. Apple cider vinegar is extremely healthy so adding it will be more beneficial.
