Summer Salad

A refreshing easy summer dish using everything you grew at home!

Ingredients

2 large tomatos
2 cucumbers
1 red onion
fresh dill
2 T Olive Oil
Apple Cider Vinegar

Directions

Peel and slice cucumber in half lengthwise. Scoop out all seeds with spoon. Slice cucumber across into large pieces. Cut tomato in pieces add the sliced red onion. Mix together fresh dill (prepare according to your taste) olive oil, apple cider vinegar, fresh ground pepper and salt. Pour onto the salad and let sit for about an hour in fridge. Enjoy!
