Spinach, Mushroom and Garlic Pizza

One of the most delicious home made pizza's I've ever made! No wheat and all good ingredients! All the toppings I used were organic and so wholesome! Adapted from tastykitchen.com! It is best to eat this pizza on the day it is baked. This is a 16 inch pizza.

Ingredients

1 small onion
4 garlic cloves minced
6 oz mushrooms
1 Tbsp grassfed butter
Coconut oil
1 cup Milk
Namaste Pizza Crust Mix
3 oz Baby Spinach ( I shred mine)
Pinch of parsley
Salt to taste
1 cup Grated raw cheese
3 Tbsp flour

Directions

Prepare the Pizza base as instructed. (I ordered mine from Amazon)
NAMASTE PIZZA CRUST INGREDIENTS: Brown Rice Flour, Tapioca Flour, Arrowroot Flour, Italian Seasoning, Xanthan Gum, Cream of Tartar, Baking Soda, Salt, and Ascorbic Acid.

Each 1/16th of the pizza is 28g of the flour.
Preheat oven to 450F/230C degrees.
Line a baking sheet or pizza sheet with parchment paper (to prevent sticking).

Garlic Sauce:
Mince garlic, and saute in the butter in a small saucepan. Whisk together flour and milk; add to the garlic and butter. Stir until thick. Add Pinch of parsley and salt to taste. Remove from heat, set aside.

Saute onions and mushrooms in coconut oil (1-2 tsp) until tender and browned. Shred parsley and grate cheese

Spread garlic white sauce over the pizza crust. Top with sauted onions and mushrooms. Place shredded spinach over onions and mushrooms. Sprinkle over with the cheese.

Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until top is golden brown.

N.B. Some may like to add Bacon to this recipe instead of adding the salt in the garlic sauce. The original recipe adovocated 6 slices of bacon to be chopped and placed over pizza before adding the cheese.

As a side, I ate the pizza with a small avocado! DELICIOUS!
