Spinach & Egg Scramble

This is for those Protein Type Metabolites out there. If your in a hurry this is a great quick protein packed breakfast. You can substitute the spinach with any carbohydrate you enjoy most.
Ingredients
3 Eggs
1 Cup Raw Spinach
1/4 Tsp Coconut Oil
Dash of Sea Salt
Directions
Saute 1 cup of fresh spinach in a little coconut oil until wilted. Then scramble 3 eggs in a bowl with a touch of sea salt. Add to pan and cook to desired consistency. You can you use pasteurized egg whites as well. Measure to the equivalency of 3 eggs.
