Raw spinach and basil omelette with half cup strawberries and two turkey bacon slices

Quick and easy 3 protein, 1 carb breakfast !

Ingredients

Half cup of raw chopped spinach
Half cup of fresh strawberries
One egg
Two slices of Turkey Bacon

Directions

Shallow fry turkey bacon in frying pan using its own fat then remove to plate
Chop half cup of fresh strawberries and add to plate
Whisk one egg in cup and pour into frying pan you just used for the turkey bacon.
As it is cooking add half cup of raw spinach and some chopped fresh basil. Fold it over and add to your plate
