Peanut Ginger Protein Balls

These are very tasty treats which can be used as a protein snack for morning or afternoon tea. I am lucky enough to have a fantastic food processor called a Thermomix which blitzed these ingredients in under 1 minute. Use peanut butter and a regular food processor if you don't have a Thermomix.
