Peanut Butter/Banana Parfait

This is a quick snack or breakfast. It can be prepared ahead of time and refrigeratored for later on eaten just after mixing together. I use it for a quick breakfast on the run.

Ingredients

1/2 C Greek Yogurt -plain
1 Tablespoon Peanut Butter (Chunky or Smooth)
1/2 Banana
Packet of Stevia (optional)

Directions

Measure yogurt and place in small bowl. Add 1 Tablespoon Peanut Butter then mix until completely stirred in. Cut banana into small pieces and add to above. Stir until just mixed together.
Add stevia to sweeten if you want.
Enjoy now or refrigerate.

You can double the recipe to use up the other 1/2 banana for two servings. Or add the other half to the above and increase the Carb count to 2C.
