PB & J Oatmeal (Modified)

I modified this recipe to fit my protein metabolism. I tend to want the suggested amounts just as they are outlined in the success journal, so this recipe fits the bill. All the guessing is pushed aside and I know that I am getting everything specified by Isabel. It's like eating a warm muffin!

Ingredients

3/4 cup Water
1/4 cups Gluten Free Rolled Oats by Bob's Red Mill
1/2 ounce crushed Almonds
1/2 cup favorite fruit mashed or chopped
2 Tablespoons Natural Peanut Butter

Directions

Prepare Oatmeal according to package. I use a little more Water and cook it a little longer because I tend to like it softer. Cook it according to your specific liking. While waiting for your Oatmeal chop up or mash your favorite Fruit and Nuts. When your Oatmeal is ready add your Peanut Butter, Nuts and Fruit and enjoy.
