A protein rich breakfast which takes 1 minute to prepare and fills you up for hours!

Ingredients

Peanut Butter x 1tbsp
Greek Yoghurt x 2oz
Hazelnuts x 1/4oz
Walnuts x 1/4oz

Directions

1. Spoon the Greek Yoghurt into a bowl
2. Use the spoon to mix in 1 tablespoon of peanut butter until it has blended in with the yoghurt
3. Add the nuts. Hazelnuts and Walnuts work well together in this recipe, however any other nut can be used to substitute.

This is a great filler upper and is protein rich, this is good for people who find it hard to fit in protein in the day, and it's so simple to make and it's delicious.

Mix it up a bit? Why not add chopped plums or apples or some berries to your breakfast!
