Had a version of this on a cruise we took a few years back and found it works great on this plan. So good:)
Ingredients
1/3 cup oats
2 oz Greek yogurt
1/2 cup almond milk
1 apple, grated
1 1/4 Oz walnuts, chopped
Directions
Mix all ingredients except walnuts together and put in refrigerator overnight. In the morning add walnuts and a drizzle of honey if you like and enjoy:)
