Easy to cook and great with a side of steamed vegetables.
4oz salmon fillet
1/2 tbsp Dried Dill weed
1/8 tbsp salt
1/8 tbsp black pepper
Mix 1 tbsp of olive oil, dried dill weed, salt, and pepper in to a small bowl then rub the mixture onto the salmon. Spread around about 2 tbsp of olive oil on a small cookie sheet and pop it into the oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit. About halfway through cut your lemon in slices and cover your salmon with it.
