Kidney Bean Salad with Cilantro and Walnuts

A quick and easy kidney bean salad recipe with fresh chopped cilantro and walnuts. Courtesy of About.com

Ingredients

2 15-ounce cans kidney beans, drained
1 bunch cilantro, chopped
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1 onion, chopped
5 cloves garlic

Directions

Sautee onion and garlic for 3-5 minutes in olive oil, just until soft.
Combine onions and garlic with beans, cilantro and walnuts in a large bowl.
