Kale and tuna soup

Ingredients
1 cup Fennel
1 Tomato (large)
1 handful Kale (about 2 cups)
1 tsp Olive Oil
Paprika, cumin, lemon grass, black pepper, mustard seeds (optional, season with your favourite ones!!)
160g Tuna (cooked and flaked)
Directions
Place oil in a soup pot and heat. Chop the fennel bulb and tomato and add to hot oil. Put in your herbs and spices. Simmer for a few minutes until the fennel become slightly softer. Add in water, enough to cover the veggies. Bring to boil then simmer. Put the kale in the pot and give it a stir. Meanwhile divide the tuna between two bowls. Once the kale is to your liking, serve the soup and add extra spices/herbs if wanted.
