Incredible Egg and Oats

So fast, so delish! You'll think it's "fast food." Totally da' bomb!

Ingredients

1 egg
1/4 c. whole oats
splash of milk
handful of berries-blue, straw, rasp, black
Stevia or raw honey to personal taste
crushed nuts (optional)
flax seed (optional)
cinnamon to taste

Directions

Mix egg and oats and milk in a mug or bowl. Add other ingredients. Microwave 2 minutes on high.This sets up in a mug and can actually be dumped out on a plate and shapes in molded shape! This is incredibly easy. Would work for a mid morning snack with microwave access.
