Ingredients
1/4 c Coconut Milk
1/4 c Almond Milk (If no Almond Milk use 1/2 c Coconut Milk
1/2 Banana
A Few Raw Almonds (The more the merrier)
1 tsp. Flaxseed
1 tsp. Raw Honey
Dash of Cinnamon or Nutmeg (your choice)
2 Tbsp. Organic Plain Yogurt
Cup of Ice (Optional)
Directions
Blend ingredients in blender and garnish with strawberry or favorite fruit. Enjoy!
