Honey Chicken and Veggies

This is a mixture of veggies and chicken with spices and a little honey added for a little sweetness. I don't know the proteins,fats, carbs.. Never good at figuring that out.
Ingredients
Coconut oil
2 boneless, skinless organic chicken breasts
1/2-1 cup of broccoli florets
1 Cup of whole organic mushrooms (can be chopped)
1/2 of a red onion (can do a whole onion)
1 TBS of Raw honey
Dash of Celtic Salt
Fresh ground pepper to taste
Garlic Powder to taste
Dried or fresh Parsley to taste
Dried or fresh Basil to taste
Directions
Put coconut oil in a pan to melt. Chop up chicken breast add to oil and begin sauteeing. Add broccoli, mushrooms, onions, and all seasonings. When the veggies are to your liking and chicken is done, add the honey stirring good. Then Enjoy! you can use any veggies you like.
