2 broiler-fryer chicken halves
1 tbsp coconut oil (or butter)
6 tbsp Caribbean Jerk Rub
Preheat grill to medium.
Rub broiler-fryer halves lightly with oil and then with Caribbean Jerk Rub.
Cook chicken, turning every 15–20 minutes until tender, approximately 1–1½ hours.
*Actual protein count will depend on weight of chicken eaten.
