My neice and nephews dubbed this recipe "Funky Chicken". It has been adapted from a WW "Pan Seared Chicken" with modifications to some ingredients. Served with brown rice or mashed potatoes. I have used it for a topping for a lunch salad. There usual isn't any left!. Yummy
