Energy boosting fruit smoothie

Ingredients

1/2 banana
1/3 cup fresh or frozen berries
1/2 cup non fat plain yogurt
6 ice cubes crushed
1/4 cup non fat milk

Directions

Put fresh or frozen berries in blender and pulse until smooth. Add banana and yogurt and pulse until mixed. Add crushed ice cubes and non fat mile and pulse until you have a smoothie made to the consistency you like.
Share with someone or split in half and freeze the half you are not drinking (this will be an icy for dessert)
