Easy & Delicious Chocolate Cake

A very moist Chocolaty cake Recipe...That is Super Easy to make!

Ingredients

5 ripe bananas
6 eggs
1 tbsp vanilla
4-5 tbsp honey
1/3 c. butter or coconut oil (melted and cooled)
1/2 c. coconut flour (sifted)
3/4 c. peanut butter (Isabel Approved)
2/3 c. cocoa powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder

Directions

Mash up the bananas.
Mix all wet ingredients together make sure that the coconut oil or butter isn't hot when adding to the rest of the wet ingredients..it will start cooking the eggs. Mix dry ingredients together using a spatula at first. When the cocoa powder is completely mixed, you can finish with a beater for a couple of min. Add ingredients together and mix well.
Bake 300- 325 for about 20 min or until you put a tooth pick in the middle and it comes out dry.


P.S. looking for a healthy peanut butter frosting for this cake recipe...will continue to experiment!
