Coconut Walnut Chocolate Bark

This is an awesome treat for that sweet tooth or chocolate craving! It makes 9 pieces and each peace is roughly 80 calories. Enjoy!

Ingredients

2.5 oz unsweetened chocolate
2 tsp coconut oil (or butter)
.5 oz walnuts (chopped)
2 tbsp. unsweetened organic shredded coconut
3 tablespoons raw honey
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 dash stevia powder (optional)
1 tbsp coconut or almond milk

Directions

First, add the coconut oil and chocolate to a small pan on very low heat. Stir until chocolate is fully melted. Add in honey & almond milk and stir until melted in. Add vanilla, shredded coconut, and walnuts and stir in. (Taste and add stevia at this point if desired) Using coconut oil, lightly grease a 4x4 in. glass tupperware container (depending on how thick you want your bark to be) and pour the mixture in spreading it evenly over the bottom. Chill in the fridge for 30 min to an hour and then cut into 9 pieces or however many you like. Put back in the fridge if you prefer it more crunchy. (make sure to grease the pan for easy removal, I learned the hard way. You don't want shredded chocolate flakes) ENJOY!! :)
