Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie

Chocolate... and Peanut Butter... Need I say more?

Ingredients

1 cup crushed ice
1 cup milk
4 tablespoons peanut butter (or choice of nut butter)
1/2 tablespoon cocoa powder
1 banana, diced and frozen
DSP approved sweetener, to taste

Directions

Put all ingredients in a blender or food processor. If using honey other syrup, blend other ingredients first, then add the honey to taste and blend.
