Awesome Peanut Butter Cookies

These cookies are fantastic. I use to bake them for every event at church or family gathering. I just changed the ingredients to BD approved and they are still just as yummy!

Ingredients

2 cups raw peanut or almond butter
4 organic eggs beaten
2 cups pecans or walnuts chopped
2 cups carob chips (optional)
2 cups stevia, Truvia or other natural sweetener. Original recipe called for 2 cups sugar, lessen the amount to how you like it:)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350* F and grease your cookie sheet. Combine all ingredients and stir. Spoon by the TBS onto your cookie sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned. Let cool for 5 min before removing from cookie sheet. As for the number of servings, I have no idea. This recipe makes a ton of cookies! (Tip: Eat a couple hot from the oven with some almond milk.....mmmmm!)

*Coach's Note: If you make about 25 cookies, each one will count as 2 protein.
