AFRICAN BEEF CASSEROLE

This Casserole smeells wonderful as it's cooking, I have had to give the recipe to many of my friends after they have tryed it .
Ingredients
750grm -27oz Chuck Steak
2 Large onions
1-2 Cloves of Garlic
60g - 2oz Butter
2tbs Tomato Sauce
1Bay leaf plus a pinch of Ground Cloves, Ginger & Cayenne Pepper
2-3 Organic Carrots sliced
1tsp Organic Raw Honey
1tsp Vinegar
450ml - 1-3/4 cups Stock
30g - 1oz Organic Peanut Butter
30g - 1oz Glutin free Corn Flour
2-3tbs Water
30g - 1oz Raw Peanut Butter
Directions
Cut meat into neat pieces, peel & slice onions & carrots, crush garlic toss meat & vegetables in melted butter for a few minutes, stri in tomato sauce - bay leaf - spices - vinegar - stock & honey.
Bring to a boil, cover & simmer aprox 2 hours.
Blend flour & peanut butter with water add to casserole & cook stirring well until thick.
