A great grab-and-go snack.

  • 1 c. oats, whole, dry, organic
  • 2/3 c. coconut, unsweetened, flakes or chips, organic
  • 1/2 c. almond butter, organic, raw
  • 1/2 c. flax seeds, ground or meal, organic
  • 1/2 c. chocolate chips, dark, 70%, raw, organic
  • 1/3 c. honey, raw, unfiltered, organic
  • 1 tbs. chia seeds, organic
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract, organic

Mix all ingredients together, and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Remove from fridge, and roll into 1 inch balls. Store in an air-tight container.
