I spent most of my life refusing to eat broccoli. I made this recipe for the first time a week ago, and I've had it three times since then. It's a HUGE hit in my house.

  • 4 c. broccoli, fresh, organic
  • 1 tbs. olive oil, extra virgin, unrefined and unfiltered, organic
  • 2 tsp. garlic powder, organic
  • 2 tbs. cheese, parmesan, raw, organic

Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place broccoli florets in a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil, and stir to make sure the oil is distributed evenly. Season with garlic powder, stirring to evenly distribute. Move broccoli to baking sheet and arrange in a single layer. Bake for 15 minutes. Remove from oven, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake for an additional 10 minutes.
