A delicious satisfying sweet treat!
Preheat oven to 400ºF. Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper. You may also want to grease the foil/paper with a little coconut oil.
Combine all the ingredients (except the coconut flour) in a blender. Once you have the liquid batter blended fairly nicely and smooth, and you have the coconut flour sifted nicely into a mixing bowl, add the liquid batter to the flour. Stir until it's all absorbed up nicely, and it should form into a nice fluffy doughy batter.
Note: for more sweetness, use ripe bananas ;)
Take small pieces of the batter, roll each piece into a ball, flatten it out a little (to about the size of the palm of your hand), and place it on the baking sheet. Place in the oven for 15 minutes. You can make all of it if you want, but usually I like to bake just a couple at a time :)

Note: The entire recipe contains 8 carbs and 4 protein. If you make 12 biscuits, each one contains about 2/3 of a carb.
