These are soooo good. Better than real candy.

  • 2 tbs. coconut oil, raw, extra-virgin, organic
  • 1 1/2 tbs. cacao powder, raw, organic
  • 1 tsp. maple syrup, pure, organic
  • 2 tbs. raisins, organic
  • 1/4 c. walnuts, raw, organic
  • sea salt, unrefined and pure to taste

Mix melted coconut oil, cacao powder, and maple syrup together in a small bowl or cup. Stir until smooth. Add raisins and chopped walnuts, and stir to evenly distribute.

Line a plate with foil, parchment, or wax paper. Grease with coconut oil.

Make 4 clusters from the mixture and arrange on the plate. (It may seem at this point like the clusters won't hold together, but they will!) Sprinkle with a little sea salt if desired. Move entire plate to the freezer, and let sit for 10 minutes.

It's absolutely amazing that these are okay to eat on Beyond Diet!

You could easily change out the maple syrup for honey or stevia, the raisins for some other dried fruit, and the walnuts for other nuts. Have fun with it!
