This is my most favorite recipe of all. It's super easy to prepare and can be used in so many different ways. Get creative with your food and add tons of refreshing flavor to your meats, sandwiches, soups, dips and even rice. Please do let me know how you like it
Just put all the ingredients in a food processor or blender, then blend it for about 3-4 minutes or until the consistency is of a thick sauce - that's it! Isn't it super easy.
I use this sauce in following different ways - 1. Add 1 tablespoon of greek yoghurt into 2 tablespoons of this sauce to use it as a dip with raw veggies 2. Add 2 tablespoon of greek yoghurt into 2 tablespoons of this sauce, a little more salt, lemon juice and black pepper to use it as a wonderful marinade for chicken. I assure you that your chicken will be super tasty and juicy 3. I apply the sauce as it is on my SWG bread with some cucumbers, tomatoes, cheese slice for a yummy refreshing sandwich 4. Apply sauce on cooked meats, chicken or fish as per your taste. It is ssooooo yummy!! 5. I even add 1 teaspoon of this sauce to my soups for extra flavor 6. Mix it with cooked brown rice for a delicious super easy recipe 7. Grind some pine nuts with the sauce for additional nutty flavor
