If you like hot foods, these are the burgers for you!

  • 1 lbs. chicken, ground, free-range, organic
  • 2 chili pepper, jalapeno, fresh, organic
  • 1 tsp. sea salt, unrefined and pure
  • 3/4 tsp. black pepper, ground, organic
  • 3/4 tsp. cumin powder, organic
  • 2 tsp. chili powder, organic
  • 1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes, crushed, organic
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic, fresh, organic

Mix all the ingredients together and let sit in the fridge for 3+ hours.

Form into 4 patties and grill or fry in a pan on the stove.

You can eat it plain or top it with some raw/organic cheese.

Note: I used the higher amounts of each ingredient because I'm a big fan of spicy things. If you're not, you might want to reduce the seasonings by even more.
