A well-seasoned burger!
In a large bowl, mix together the beef, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, minced onion, sea salt, and pepper.
Combine the mixture well then refrigerate for 2 to 4 hours to allow the garlic flavor to infuse the meat.
Form burgers into 2 patties. Grill or shallow fry for 6 minutes on each side.
