A simple, quick, and refreshing lunch salad.

  • 4 oz. shrimp, cooked, wild-caught
  • 1 c. spinach, fresh, organic
  • 1/2 c. mango, fresh, organic
  • 1/2 c. pineapple, fresh, organic
  • 1 oz. avocado, fresh, organic
  • lemon, fresh, organic to taste
  • sea salt, unrefined and pure to taste
  • 1 pinch chia seeds, organic

Simply cut fruit into bite size pieces and mix with the other ingredients into a salad bowl, drizzle with the lemon juice.
