Seriously good salmon and chickpea patties served on a bed of spring lettuce drizzled with lemon.

  • 1 egg, omega-3, cage-free, organic
  • 2 tbs. chickpea flour, organic
  • 1/4 c. milk, full-fat, raw, grass-fed or pastured cows, organic
  • 1 tsp. baking powder, organic, gluten & aluminum-free
  • 1 tsp. cumin powder, organic
  • 1 tsp. dill weed, fresh, organic
  • sea salt, unrefined, & fresh ground pepper, organic to taste
  • 1/4 dsh. pepper sauce, organic
  • 2 oz. salmon, canned, wild-caught

Mix all ingredients together to make medium thick batter. Form into four patties. Fry in coconut oil, over medium heat, approximately five minutes each side. Serve on a bed of fresh spring lettuce drizzled with lemon juice and apple cider vinegar. Enjoy!
