Great for breakfast, after a workout, or as a supplement meal. High protein, low carb and good fats. And it tastes just like pumpkin pie!
Pour water into a blender. Add protein powder next. Then, in any order, add the remaining ingredients. Blend until smooth.
Side Note: If you don't mind the color green in your Pumpkin Pie Smoothie, add some spinach. Spinach adds no taste, just health benefits!
