Based on the Puerto Rican Specialty Dish, Trifongo. This is a BD twist and absolutely delicious! Even the kids and hubby loved it.
Turkey Trifongo Chop plaintain, sweet potato, red potato, onion, garlic, and mango. Toss into hot skillet filled with coconut oil. Sautee for about 7 mins , stirring and adding seasonings as you go(cumin, paprika, oregano, black pepper, celtic sea salt, Chile Powder). Add organic ground turkey and rest of seasonings to the pan with the vegetables. Continue cooking until turkey is browned. Pico De Gallo While turkey is cooking, chop avocado into bowl. Add chopped cilantro, chopped onion, chopped mango, chopped tomato, chopped jalapeno. Squeeze in lime juice. Mix in cumin, black pepper, and celtic sea salt. When turkey mixture is done, spoon onto plate or SWG corn tortilla. Spoon pico de gallo on top. Enjoy. Subtract 1 carb if you don't use the tortilla.
