I fixed this for my afternoon snack this Sunday! I topped it with a little plain greek yogurt and walnuts. I enjoyed it, so I thought I would share. :)
Pare and slice apples. Arrange apples in 8x8 dish. Mix 1/2 c stevia and cinnamon and sprinkle over apples. Sift 1/2 c stevia with flour; cut into butter til crumbly. Sprinkle over apples. Bake 40 min @ 400 degrees.
