I fixed this for my afternoon snack this Sunday! I topped it with a little plain greek yogurt and walnuts. I enjoyed it, so I thought I would share. :)

  • 6 apple, Granny Smith, fresh, organic
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon, ground, organic
  • 0.75 c. flour, sprouted whole wheat, organic
  • 0.33 c. butter, unsalted, organic, raw or unpasteurized, grass-fed/pastured
  • 0.33 c. stevia, loose

Pare and slice apples. Arrange apples in 8x8 dish. Mix 1/2 c stevia and cinnamon and sprinkle over apples. Sift 1/2 c stevia with flour; cut into butter til crumbly. Sprinkle over apples. Bake 40 min @ 400 degrees.
