Ok, the name may sound unappealing, but I assure you this is one of the healthiest breakfast drinks you can have. This has been my breakfast for most mornings.
Mix in a blender and enjoy! If it's too thick, just add a little more water!
Just a note: the apple cider vinegar can come on strong and may not even be palatable for some, so adding the stevia will dull that strong taste. Apple cider vinegar is extremely healthy so adding it will be more beneficial.
