Fabulous burgers that need little or no condiments.

  • 1 lbs. beef, ground, free-range or grass-fed, organic
  • 1 tbs. lemon zest, from fresh, organic lemons
  • 3 tbs. cheese, feta, raw, grass-fed or pastured, organic
  • 2 clove garlic, fresh, organic
  • 1/2 tsp. sea salt, unrefined and pure
  • black pepper, ground, organic to taste
  • basil, fresh, organic to taste
  • 1 egg, omega-3, cage-free, organic
  • 1/2 tsp. olive oil, extra virgin, unrefined and unfiltered, organic

Mix all ingredients together in large bowl.

Form into four patties.

Grill until cooked to your preference.

If you must add a condiment, I suggest homemade tzaziki or raita, made with a Greek yogurt base and organic vegetables.
