Quick and uber healthy breakfast, a creation of my super healthy hottest-body-ever friend. Double the ingredients if you wanna share
makes 6 pancakes
For pancakes: mix together oat bran, egg, yogurt, baking powder and leave for 1 min to rest. fry on coconut oil on a low heat to not burn them. I fry 2 mins on one side and 3 on the other.
For guacamolish dip:
put avocado, tomato, basil or cilantro, onion, and garlic into a small food chopper and chop for 30 secs. Add salt, pepper and lemon juice. Voila! you’re done!
