A nice way to change up your water intake to something different.
Cut up the apple and put in bottom of pitcher. Drop in cinnamon stick. Put enough ice in to fill up half of the pitcher. Add water and put in refrigerator overnight. I used a Fuji apple, but you could use whatever apple you want. I've found this is a great way to get your water intake without adding anything bad for you.
