Quick and delicious salad
Rinse quinoa and put in pot with water. Bring to boil. Cover and reduce heat. Cook for 15 minutes. Turn off heat and allow to steam for 5 minutes. Fluff with fork.
In the meantime, chop parsley and chives. Warm olive oil in small pan. Add cumin, coriander and cayenne. Warm until the spices release their fragrance. Remove from heat.
Toss oil, raisins, pine nuts, parsley, chives and quinoa together. Eat while warm.
