Yummy fruit and nut yogurt parfait. Great for breakfast, or half the recipe for a snack or dessert size portion.

  • 1/2 c. blueberries, fresh, organic
  • 1/2 c. strawberries, fresh, organic
  • stevia, loose to taste
  • 4 oz. yogurt, greek, plain, full-fat, plain, organic
  • 1/2 oz. pecans, raw, organic

Mix blueberries and strawberries together, and add stevia to taste. Measure yogurt into bowl, add fruit and chopped pecans. Enjoy!
