This is a play on truffles. I love them... and they're good for you!

  • 1 c. coconut butter, raw, organic
  • 1 tbs. honey, raw, unfiltered, organic
  • 1/4 c. cacao powder, raw, organic
  • 1 oz. walnuts, raw, organic

Add honey (to taste) to coconut butter. Add cacao powder, and mix it all up. Put the chopped up walnuts in a bowl.

Make small truffle-sized balls, and roll each through the nuts. Arrange them on a baking sheet lined with wax paper and put the baking sheet in the fridge to harden.

They are harder candies not soft like truffles but look like truffles.
