Delicious and filling breakfast or snack.

  • 1 c. water, purified
  • 20 almonds, organic, raw
  • 1/2 banana, frozen, organic
  • 1 c. strawberries, frozen, organic
  • 1 tbs. flax seeds, organic

Put water in blender and add almonds and blend on high for a few minutes. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. You can add extra water for a thinner consistency or use coconut milk milk instead of water or a combination of water and coconut milk.
