Ranch style dressing or veggie dip made with cottage cheese and greek yogurt. Serving size = 1/4 cup.
To make a veggie dip: Blend cottage cheese in food processor for about one minute until well blended (will not be completely smooth). Add Greek yogurt, dried dill weed (to taste), finely grated onion, celery salt, and stevia (to taste). Chill before serving.
To make a salad dressing: Add water to veggie dip and keep blending until you achieve the consistency you want for dressing and keep blending.
