I made this today, put it in the freezer for a bit. Cut it in small pieces, covered it well and put it back in the freezer. YUMMMMMMY!!

  • 2 c. almond butter, organic, raw
  • 1/2 c. coconut oil, raw, extra-virgin, organic
  • 3 tbs. honey, raw, unfiltered, organic
  • 1 tsp. sea salt, unrefined and pure

Combine all ingredients together in a medium sized bowl. Mix up until smooth and creamy. Taste and make sure it's to your liking (sweet and salt wise).

Line a square baking pan or dish with parchment paper or wax paper. Put the fudge mixture into the pan and carefully smooth it out with a spatula. If it sticks to your spatula too much you can either dip it in water or coat the spatula with a bit of oil.

Freeze until solid, about an hour. Remove the fudge by lifting the paper out of the pan. I put mine onto a cutting board. I cut the fudge into small pieces. Then put them back into the pan, covered them really well and put them back into the freezer. I didn't leave them out for long, but I'm going to assume that they might get too soft if we did. You could also store them in the refrigerator in a tightly closed container.

*You could also add shredded coconut, bits of nuts, or cacao powder.
