An easy soup with a nutritious blend of protein and carbs!
In a saucepan, bring water and chicken broth to a boil. Stir in quinoa and diced cooked chicken; simmer, covered, about 15 minutes. Add chopped spinach, broccoli florets, and chopped green onions; return to boil. Reduce heat and simmer about 5 minutes. Season to taste with sea salt and pepper.
